FlowBin Supply supplies liquid storage and transfer products and related items, including Flowbins and IBC tanks, plastic drums, steel drums, pumps, fittings, and brick or paver moulds. Product availability can change without notice.

2) Quotes and Pricing

2.1 Quotations

Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer, including product selection, quantities, and delivery location. Quote validity periods may be stated on the quotation.

2.2 Pricing

Prices may change due to supplier cost changes, stock availability, or errors in published listings. Confirmed pricing is the price shown on the final invoice or accepted quotation.

2.3 VAT and fees

Where VAT or other fees apply, these will be shown on invoices or quote documentation.

3) Orders and Payment

3.1 Order confirmation

Orders are confirmed once payment is received or once credit terms are approved in writing (where offered). Processing and dispatch depend on stock availability.

3.2 Payment responsibility

Payment must be made in full according to the agreed method unless a written agreement states otherwise.

3.3 Proof of payment

Proof of payment may be requested before dispatch. Delays in receiving proof can delay fulfilment.

4) Product Information and Use

4.1 Product descriptions

Product descriptions, images, capacities, and specifications are provided as guidance and may vary by batch, manufacturer, or reconditioning process. Confirm critical measurements and compatibility before purchase.

4.2 Suitability and compliance

Customer responsibility includes ensuring products are suitable for the intended use, liquid type, and local compliance requirements. Professional installation is recommended where required, especially for pumps, fuel handling, and chemical storage.

4.3 Reconditioned items

Reconditioned or used items are cleaned, inspected, and tested. Cosmetic marks, surface wear, or signs of previous use may be present and do not automatically indicate a defect.

5) Delivery and Collection

5.1 Delivery areas

Nationwide delivery is available within South Africa. Delivery cost depends on order size, product type, and destination.

5.2 Delivery times

Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided in good faith and depend on stock readiness, courier routes, and external factors. Late delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund.

5.3 Offloading and access

Customer responsibility includes ensuring safe access for delivery vehicles and arranging suitable offloading equipment and labour where required. Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.

5.4 Inspection on arrival

Inspect items upon delivery or collection. Report visible damage or missing items as soon as possible, with clear photos where applicable.

6) Returns and Warranty

6.1 Returns

Returns are handled according to the FlowBin Supply Return Policy. Return approval depends on the reason for return, product condition, and inspection results.

6.2 Warranty coverage

New products include an 18 month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise stated. Used and reconditioned items carry limited warranty terms that vary by product category.

6.3 Exclusions

Warranty and return coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repairs, modifications, accidental damage, neglect, or improper storage.

7) Cancellations

7.1 Before dispatch

Cancellation requests should be submitted immediately. Processing fees may apply if order handling has begun.

7.2 After dispatch

Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled as a cancellation. Any return request must follow the return process and conditions.

8) Limitation of Liability

FlowBin Supply is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, downtime, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or installation issues. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the purchase price of the specific item supplied, unless consumer law requires otherwise.

9.1 Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the website, interfere with site functionality, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information.

9.2 Content and intellectual property

Website content, product images, logos, and written material remain the property of FlowBin Supply or its licensors. Reuse requires written permission unless permitted by law.
